Makers & Artists
Interested in having your art or products in the shop?
Please read over the FAQs below before reaching out to make sure you meet the shop’s requirements.
-
Yes, both!
For general products, we work with makers via wholesale.
For rotating monthly artists or larger, one-of-a-kind pieces, 60/40 consignment is available.
-
All items in the shop are from small, local, handmade business in the Pacific Northwest with a couple exceptions from our friends further away like California and New York.
If you make something that you think would be a great fit for the shop, please use the Wholesale Inquiry Form to submit it for review.
-
Please provide your contact information, wholesale line sheet [or a link to Faire or your own wholesale site], and a little bio about you and your process.
Please submit this via the Wholesale Inquiry Form below and not via email.

Folk will feature a different artist every month! Some months there will be events, like Arts Alive (Bothell’s art walk) or the Chamber’s Wine Walks.
To become a featured artist, please fill out the Featured Artist Form. You’ll provide a couple photos of your work, a short bio about you and your process, and which month(s) you’re interested in.
There is an Event Calendar here for reference on when Arts Alive and the Wine Walks are happening, as well as other pop up events at the shop.
-
Folk will be hosting a local maker, artist, baker, or other small business once a month as a pop up in store!
Pop ups are every 2nd Friday from 2pm - 6pm.
You’ll be able to set up a table or small display in store to sell items, share information, and reach new people! There’s no fee to pop up, right now, but we ask that in exchange, you market that you’ll be popping up at Folk to your audience - marketing materials will be provided if you’d like.
If you’re interested, please fill out the Featured Artist Form below and provide any specific date(s) you’re interested in, if applicable.
-
We are not hiring at the moment for any type of consistent weekly hours, however, if you are interested in some limited term work [meaning, a few hours here or there], please send Sarah an email: shop@folkbothell.com with your resume and a couple sentences about why you’re interested in working at FOLK!
We will likely be hiring for some coverage on days when Sarah has Markets to run as well as potentially some holiday support. If you send a resume, we will keep it on file for 6 months and reach out if it seems like a good fit.
